Refund Policy

At Ayurvedic Massage Canmore, we aim to provide high-quality, professional massage therapy services to all our clients. To ensure clarity and fairness, please read our refund policy carefully:

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a [50%] cancellation fee, depending on the timing.

• No-Show: If you miss your appointment without notifying us, the full amount for the session will be charged.

• Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and no discount or refund will be provided.

Refunds for Services

• No Refunds for Completed Services: Refunds are not offered once a session has been completed. If you feel your service was unsatisfactory, please let us know immediately so we can address your concerns and improve your experience.

• Refunds for Prepaid Sessions: If you purchased a package or prepaid for a service and decide not to continue, you can change it for someone else, we will be unable to do a full refund.

• Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of a service cancellation due to the therapist’s unavailability.

Defective or Substandard Services

• If you believe a session was substandard or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of the service. We will discuss the situation and, if necessary, offer an alternative appointment or other remedies. 

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days from the approval date.

• Any applicable fees, such as cancellation fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.
