Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a [50%] cancellation fee, depending on the timing.

No-Show: If you miss your appointment without notifying us, the full amount for the session will be charged.

Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and no discount or refund will be provided.
Refunds for Services

No Refunds for Completed Services: Refunds are not offered once a session has been completed. If you feel your service was unsatisfactory, please let us know immediately so we can address your concerns and improve your experience.

Refunds for Prepaid Sessions: If you purchased a package or prepaid for a service and decide not to continue, you can change it for someone else, we will be unable to do a full refund.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of a service cancellation due to the therapist’s unavailability.
Defective or Substandard Services

If you believe a session was substandard or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of the service. We will discuss the situation and, if necessary, offer an alternative appointment or other remedies.
Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days from the approval date.

Any applicable fees, such as cancellation fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.
