Privacy Policy

1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellation: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment to avoid a cancellation fee (50% of the initial amount).

  • No-Show: A no-show will result in a full charge for the session.

  • Late Arrival: If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full payment will be required.

2. Payment Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include (cash, credit/debit cards).

  • If insurance is involved, clients must provide all necessary information ahead of time.

  • No discounts will be applied unless stated in special offers or promotions.

3. Client Health & Safety

  • Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect the massage.

  • The therapist may refuse to perform a session if it is deemed medically unsafe.

  • The therapist reserves the right to stop a session if the client exhibits inappropriate behavior or requests a treatment that is outside of ethical or professional boundaries.

4. Confidentiality

  • All client information will be kept confidential unless otherwise required by law.

  • Any personal health details shared will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s written consent.

5. Professional Conduct

  • The therapist maintains a professional and respectful environment. Inappropriate behavior (e.g., sexual advances, harassment) will result in the termination of the session, and the client may be charged for the full session.

  • The therapist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or makes the therapist feel unsafe.

6. Health Screening

  • New clients will be required to complete a health intake form before their first session.

  • Regular clients may be asked to update their health forms periodically, especially if there are significant changes in their health.

7. Packages and Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates and package deals must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Refunds on packages or gift certificates are not permitted, but unused sessions can be transferred to another person.

8. Massage Session Length

  • Session times (e.g., 60 minutes, 90 minutes) are strictly adhered to. Late arrivals will not receive extended session times.

  • Any time spent discussing health concerns or conditions is part of the session time.

9. Privacy and Comfort

  • The therapist will always ensure the client’s privacy and comfort during the session. Undraping will only be done in areas that are being worked on.

  • If at any point the client feels uncomfortable with any part of the session, they are encouraged to speak up.

10. Therapist Availability

  • Availability and hours of operation will be clearly stated, and clients must book in advance.

  • The therapist may take time off for vacations or personal reasons, and clients will be notified in advance.
